meditation

close your eyes for two minutes to start with..
take a deep breath.
dream about something that you really love which will relax you.
take your mind from your body and let your mind travel around with all your love inside.
put all problems aside.
don't take them with you when travelling.

p.s take a bath before.
p.p.s extend it everyday.

Kings used to do this meditation before taking important desicions, because when you have anger in your heart it will not be the right desicion.
